I dream of beads. True Story.
All of my designs are handmade originals. I use Semi-precious Stones, Sterling Silver, Bali beads, Freshwater Pearls, Swarovski Crystals, Lampworked Glass, Fused Glass, Czech Glass, Amber and anything else I can think of to create jewelry that inspires joy. I get my design ideas from the Earth itself, from the hills and lakes that surround my home to the sunset that ends my day, there is color and inspiration in every moment. The biggest inspiration of all though is My Tribe that I share my life with.
Tribe Jewelry is nestled in the Finger Lakes of NYS and was founded in 2000 in anticipation of my first son in 2001. It is a way for me to add extra income to support my family, while being creative at the same time. Not only is my jewelry a way for me to help support my family as a single mother, it is an amazing way to decompress after crazy days at work & with the kids! In the past I have sold my jewelry at Charlottesville, VA City Market, and at several Arts & Crafts festivals throughout Central VA, and The Finger Lakes Region in NY. In 2008 I won 2nd Place for Best in Show at Apple Days Fall Festival in Waynesboro, Virginia.
