Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please ship items back within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued after I receive the item back, and to the original payment account used for purchase.  At the time of refund, I will email you confirmation of the transaction. You should see the credit back to your account in 3-5 business days.

If you need to request a cancellation, please do so  within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged due to specific reasons.  Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

For returns and exchanges, please ship USPS First Class. This includes delivery confirmation, and the tracking code helps to ensure that your package arrives back to me safely. I have never lost a package.

If your purchase arrives damaged, we can talk about it when the time comes. I have only ever had 1 item arrive damaged and it was quickly replaced. I will need your damaged items in my hands before replacing it.
